Data & providers
Your project stays on your Mac. You choose how to render.
Velatura keeps your project files local. Connect your OpenRouter account, or use Velatura-managed rendering when you want the service to handle a request.
The essentials
What happens to your work.
Your project, on your Mac
Sources, references, workflows, and outputs stay together in a local Velatura project. You choose where it is stored and remain responsible for backups and device security.
Connect your OpenRouter account
With Starter, the app sends a render request to OpenRouter and its selected model provider. OpenRouter bills rendering separately, and its account settings, terms, and privacy choices apply.
Use Velatura-managed rendering
Velatura temporarily processes the selected sources, instructions, references, and results needed to create and deliver your render. Your local project remains your primary project copy.
Service use
Managed-render data is used to deliver and operate the service.
Training
Velatura uses this data to provide, secure, bill, support, and operate the service. Velatura does not use managed-render inputs, outputs, prompts, or metadata to train models or improve products unless that use is separately disclosed and has a valid legal basis.
Temporary processing. Velatura-managed uploads and results are temporary service copies. Your local project remains your primary project copy. Model and infrastructure providers apply their own terms, limits, availability, and privacy practices.
