An active Velatura plan is required. Credit packs are add-ons. They do not create or replace a plan.
Final sale — Credit Packs cannot be refunded. Credits are delivered immediately after Stripe confirms payment. Velatura does not offer voluntary refunds; a refund applies only where mandatory law requires one.
You approve the final amount in Stripe. On return, Velatura refreshes the credited balance so it can be used in the app immediately.
